The Problem
Product managers spend a huge amount of time communicating their work — writing updates, building roadmap presentations, summarizing decisions for stakeholders. But most tools focus on planning work, not explaining it.
StoryFlow grew out of a storytelling workshop I created for product managers. The workshop teaches plug-and-play frameworks for structuring narratives. Rather than leave behind a deck, I decided to create a tool that could help them apply those techniques in their day-to-day work.
StoryFlow helps PMs take the raw material of their work (decisions, data, outcomes) and shape it into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences — from executive summaries to team updates to stakeholder presentations.
